ACCOMMODATION

Four Winds has in recent years been refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom, yet has retained many of it original features and wooden floors.

It is accessed from the garden at the rear of the property, into a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, large fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave etc. There is a separate dining room with large window looking out over the garden.

The sitting room is to the front with a large bay window, T.V/ DVD, inbuilt cupboard with board games and stairs to the Attic bedroom. This room is spacious but with limited headroom, it has 3 single three-foot beds with views across fields and towards the Beacon.

The other double bedroom has a 5-foot bed with a good pocket sprung mattress. The bathroom has WC, large washbasin and a double-ended bath with mixer taps/shower, delivers a decent shower. Heating is via modern night store heaters.

The garden is west facing and sunny, totally secluded and all enclosed by a high wall / fence. Table and chairs for al fresco dining on the patio, a barbecue, a lawned area, trees, shrubs and an intertwining jasmine, that when it flowers in July, the scent is gorgeous. There is a washing line and a hosepipe for all those sandy wetsuits!
