This cosy, attractive, fully equipped apartment lies only half a mile from the surfing beach, Trevaunance Cove, and minutes from breathtaking scenery, cliff walks and country lanes. It is a self-contained wing of a Victorian village house. Wooden steps lead from the car park to a decking area and balcony entrance.

The accommodation includes a lounge with colour TV and DVD, two bedrooms - one double with second colour TV and one twin bedded room. The bathroom is semi-clad in pine and has bath, wc and separate shower cubicle. The kitchen/diner has window seat, pine table and chairs seating 4/5 people, a fridge-freezer, electric cooker, microwave, etc. Bed and kitchen linen, personal towels, electricity and a service wash are all included in the price. Central heating is also provided free of charge from October to March.

The sheltered garden is a suntrap and has lawn, picnic area bounded by stone walls, and a decking area with garden furniture. Parking for one car is available on site.

Restaurants, pubs, wine bars and gift shops are all available within walking distance.
